No, Bank didn't get demoted for making that quest, in fact, he got promoted to mod.

OK, OK, enough. Yes, Banks made the ??? quest, apparently all of it, design and implementation. No, no one's upset about it. Frustrated, maybe. Upset, no. Think about this, Grian approves all quests, every bit of them. Do you really believe that he would let a stinker quest get into the game? We know that quests go through a long process of approval. A lot of the development team gets ribbed, sometimes for mistakes, sometimes just for fun. ??? is Bank's baby, so who's going to get ribbed for making it, Banks, who is most likely to hear about it, or Grian, who is so busy that it wouldn't even make a blip in his day? Frankly, after finishing the ??? quest, I don't understand why they wanted it to be a secret, it's a nice quest. Banks did a nice job on it. But, if they told us why they wanted it to be a secret, that would probably be telling too much.

Now, can we get back to the topic of the thread, because my first comment, to the OP about not being able to start the ??? quest, is turning into a hijacking? That was NOT my intent.

Thanks to everyone who has responded to my thread. As a result, I'm selling a statue with +3420 health and -158% walk speed. (The whole point is that the people who see this are people on this thread) Just msg me in game when you are on and we can negotiate a price or something. Easiest way to do that: friend add me. It helps to see when people are on. Sometimes I just friend add people because they sell good stuff, help others, or constantly throw dxp bombs.
