"...oh. Sorry. I thought you hated me because you kept being crazy around me. That's why Rineth did the sleep thing; I asked him if he would put you to sleep."

 

(To Arnold)
"So, what did I miss? I sort of fazed out for a while during my sparring match with Thirteen."

 

"Shall I join in?"

I snap my fingers, and the brick wall falls over. Turns out the spot you put it on top of wasn't actually as smooth as it looked. I walk over lesiurely to where the sparring is happening.

I sit on the talking flower, ignoring it completely, a kettle and some cups levitating around me.

"Would you like some tea, Thirteen?" I ask, holding up a cup.

 

I sprout a few feet away, looking mad. I set up another wall.

 

"What the HELL."
I say, nervous.

I do that comedy-hand-gesture that shows I'm clearly annoyed, but I'm also looking at you like you're an idiot (Y'know, the gesture you do when someone's an idiot, that isn't a face palm).

"Luphyx... This is a sparring match between me and the flower. You butting in, figuratively and literally, kind of ruins the point of it being a sparring match between the two of us. Also, I'll hold off on the tea. Now I will politely request that you step out of the fight. Or continue sitting there drinking tea. Just... don't distort vision and don't attack either one of us. Please."

I come flying over, readily bearing for a hit with the tree.

 

"Alright, my finishing move." I say, grinning. The brick wall explodes, sending bricks flying in every direction.

 

I quickly let the tree block me, by putting it in front of me.
"I'm not sure what, but something tells me that wasn't your finishing move."
I say, peeking out from the side of the tree.

 

"Correct" I say, summoning about fifty brick walls around you and me. I then make them all explode, sending bricks flying everywhere.

 

I hide behind the tree again, and start blasting in the other direction.

 

Rineth glances at you, some of the bricks bouncing off him. He seems otherwise unfazed.
(Keep in mind you two aren't super far from the rest of the group)

 

OOC: Yeah, we know. It appears that the flower just loves making tons of noise. How loud are those lightning bolts, by the way? And the fireballs landing. And the explosion exploding the bricks. And the sound of the earth shaking from my tree.
I guess the last one was me.

 

OOC: You have a comparatively massive Voidwalker acting as a wall between you and them. None of the collateral has left any mark on Rineth whatsoever, thus far.

 

OOC: I was mainly talking about the noise.

 

OOC: Again, dampened by Rineth. If you do something on one side of a hill, it's a bit quieter on the other side.

Also, until the tree, nothing's really been extremely loud, save you two shouting at each other.
I'm not sure about the lightning.

 

"Yes... Let's just say he got a bit overconfident, and he wasn't expecting Xephyr to go all crazy. But look, the Hive is in danger. It's collapsing and the dragons there need to be evacuated."

"Heck yeah!"

"I believe so, yes."

 

"Hell, Reflet, you hear this? Seems something finally went our way."
I turn back to the dragon.
"Yeah, I know my homeworld's falling apart. The grand thing is that getting an escape route up is hard enough. We don't have anywhere to escape to, though. So... yeah. I dunno what I'm gonna try, but I'm bound to think of something."

"I'll start moving. Avis, please don't run off this time."
"I'll check out your opposition."
The two move back towards Brisingr.

 

"I wasn't acting that crazy...wait, you made Rineth do that!?" Abigail asks, annoyed.

 

"Yeah. Then I was scared you'd get mad and burn me, so I asked him not to tell."

 

"Ugh, you know what? Alright. I'm not in the mood to deal with this right now." Abigail says, putting her head in her hands.

 

"Sorry, I just... don't know how to react to fire. Other than fear."
