New Sign?

I was running around wynn when I decided to visit the wand relic, as I took another look at the area I found this sign

I don't remember seeing it there before, is it new?
also I remember that in one of Salted's teasers there was a picture of the legendary wand "Empire Builder", is that wand connected to this?

 

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Maybe just maybe it isn't the nether portal that's corrupting the Wynn province, it's royalty!

No? Okay then.

 

You can already get the Empire Builder through grinding, but other than that, that's a truly nice find. A shame we don't have Spyrohawk patrolling the forums now... Or is it?

 

Just another useless sign. Don't worry about it, it's nothing important, I'm removing it. No connection to the Empire Builder wand or anything else.

Can I be this guy who overthinks things to the point of insanity?
Here we go, massive-insanity-overthink-sarcasm-maximum-level time.

So the sign says exactly this (Or formerly said, gee thanks Tantibus"
"Don't let one person Rule an Empire!"
So what could this mean? Well, if I were to quickly glance over this, I'd go with this theory:
"Don't" - Capital D.
"Empire" - Unnecessary Capital E.
"Rule" - Unnecessary Capital R.
So that ends up with DER. But let's dig a bit deeper, since that obviously makes no sense. Deeper into the realm of.. Proper english!
"Don't" Well, this word is a contraction made up of Do and Not. And since Don't is capitalized, even though it's correctly capitalized, I'm going to go with Don't having the D in Do and the N in Not capitalized when you split it (That's not even how english works, it'd simply be Do not, but screw it)
But now since we have Don't split into Do and Not, we can finish this up.
"Do" - D
"Empire" - E
"Rule" - R
"Not" - N
Dern confirmed! Actually, just kidding, I do have more evidence to support this though, so don't throw this post off as another "DERN CONFIRMED HYPE 2099 WOOO" post, I'm going to dig even deeper, deeper as in Wynn's lore. Or rather, Dern's lore.
So if we unscramble the words that we got the capitals of DERN from, the best I could get was Do Not Rule Empire, and, obviously, that'd only make sense if we added an "An" to make it Do Not Rule an Empire. What could this mean..? Well, from what I got after rereading the lore of Wynn in the Wynncraft Wiki roughly 20 times, I understood this, and this may be incorrect, because I basically forgot what I read already.

Early on, the people who came to Wynn (Or the villagers from Gavel, forget which) found that Wynn's mines and mountains were rich in emeralds, and they got greedy, and kept digging past levels of normality, eventually uncovering a hole or portal filled with monsters. This hole or portal, I'm guessing, is a portal, or hole, leading to Dern. And now, after Wynn was corrupted with the undead, that hole taught us that we can't lead an empire, or a nation, or a simple province based on simply greed. And so we simply just can't lead an empire. Greed is a key element in human nature, and it's one virtue or quality that we can't get rid of, no matter how hard we try. So I'm guessing that this sign is connected to Dern in the way that it's saying that we can't lead an empire by greed alone, or else another crisis will be brought over from Dern, leading to an onslaught of the Human and Villager race.

And so, after all of that complexity, I can say this now with lots of evidence:
Dern is now a major possibility to come soon. (A thank you would be nice for having me do all of this insane painful thinking stuffs)

Oh, and also, if you claim that the Wynn Lore is complete bullcrap and wrong in every sense of the word..
Well, screw you, I did not waste about a half hour of my time just to get that in response. Jerks. >.<
