Okay, after some consideration I'll be leaving this RP for good.

My main issue is the clear lack of a set world. This is essentially a sandbox, where the characters can be incredibly broken beyond reason. In a great RP, the characters are not incredibly broken, and the world is not a sandbox for the players to make. Now, I'm not saying this RP is bad, no, that is determined by the players. I am saying this RP is not going in a direction that will allow for diverse and creative posting. After a solid week or two, there will still be no clear story, and the players will all opt to keep on goin around and being attacked for no real reason.

Now I'm not some god-like person who has the right to look down on anybody, in fact from my past behaviour I should be looked down on, but I just cannot participate in an RP where the D/GMs are selected almost randomly and the few player interactions are one-liners. I mean, I expect a solid three to five paragraphs minimum per post in RPs I've hosted, simply because, I don't get enjoyment out of 'Talk talk. Action.' If you do, fine. I won't bug you, but that's why I can't join this RP.

I wish you all a merry time and a prosperous future. I will never be coming back to this RP, even if it turns into something I could play, I will not be. Again, one last time, I wish you all farewell.

"Well i heard a request to go to the tailor earlier, so lets get some clothing so we stop sticking out like a sore thumb. I mean, a midget, a tall cloaked man with most of his face covered, an elf, and someone in necromancer garb are not exactly subtle per-say." i say

"Follow me, we're taking the alleyways. Least likely to be spotted. There are some....unpleasant......people everywhere, most so in the alleys, But scarce at that. So draw your weapons and follow close. Shortso and Elf, follow me. Death boy, you take up back. Its a few streets over so prepare for some stealth" i say, taking an authoritative tone

 

"The best group ever."
At least Slevis had some experience in being stealthy for his whole life.

 

"Well, at least there wasn't a racial slur there, oh well, lets go"

 

"Do you honestly expect me to catagorize a race or species without any meaning when there are, last i checked, 6,012,246 different species and races just in this small area surrounding and including the city, me alone being an entire one? I think not. Anyways, come on short boy, we're only a block away now" i say

The wind howls, and the sky goes dark. A bright flash lights up the sky and then a 'BOOM' of thunder. A storm is brewing. And a man is standing atop the castle wall, staring down towards us. His face shows no mercy. Keniethe Uluster, that's his name. He walks back, out of sight. Gone....for now.

The padding of footsteps on the trodden soil in the back alley can be heard, and a familiar voice cries out "Wait up!"
It's luke, the soldier Shadow spared earlier..

"What are you doing here. I thought i made it clear i didnt want to see you again..." i say

"B-But can't i join you? My squadron is dead, and i failed the mission. K- My employer....will have my head if i c-come back.." he says, still shaken up from the fight


"Well? What do you guys think? Should we let this 'soldier' join our special band of misfits?" i say
