Slevis comes in the alley.

"So, you just cause a prison break, on the off chance that Shadow knows a certain prisoner. What the hell man."

 

OOC: If you want, it could be you, or it cuold just be another elf, and you enter later, your choice

He gets a look of realization
"Yes, total why, not wanting to save my kind at all" He says Sarcastically
"Now then, Shadow, where to now? the Innkeeper, the tailor, or just make a mess?"
*He says it all with a grin on his face.*

 

"If you want to save your kind, then I saw about 10 elves being beaten up at the prison."

 

"Is that so? Or are you just Trying to Get rid of me?"
Whatever, Elvis, i think it's your turn to rescue one. I only rescued... Aero, here, because i could see her true intentions."
"Now then, Once again, what's next?"

 

"I don't know. The tailor maybe. I need some new clothes. I had these for a long time."

 

ENMY:
Out of no-where, a small group of 5 iron armored guards find the small party in the alleyway.
2 Were given Pikes, 1 Was given a musket, and the other's were given swords

"Whats this? a little get together? Come on guys, let me free this one time? I'll pay you back, i promise."
Arisius sounds somewhat sarcastic, seeing his hand reaching for the last grenade
"You are under arrest, for destruction of private property, and the smuggling of a prisoner, you are all hereby sentenced to 5 lifetimes in prison"
The guards charge the group, and the battle begins.

"DAMN IT!"
Slevis casted a dark bolt at a swordsman.
The two skeletons popped up behind the guards and attacked the swordsman and the pike.

 

Arisius Watched as Slevis attacked the enemies

"SHUT UP!"

 

"Ha, yeah no thanks, by the way, you know you could ask for help

 

OOC: You do realize that soon I'm gonna get sick of you all one-shotting everything and just not let you deal with everything immediately, correct? I mean, you threw a grenade in a closed room. You should all be dead. Anyways, just remember that I'm gonna be a bit harsher if this keeps happening.

Just some further explanation in OOC:
I don't want to e unreasonable, however some things are meant to be plot devices. I sent the soldiers in and hinted that @Firetemmie killed one. It was eight on three, with the eight being trained soldiers who where well equipped, against three confused characters who don't seem like the types of people to work together.

Now, I come from a long (by long I mean I was taught be someone who's been playing DnD since Gen 1) line of RPers and D/GMs, so I have very high standards, but some drama other than 'Oh, let's argue until the time is right, then we do everything in sync' should occur ideally.

I don't give a damn about what you want to do, because if you can and do one-shot everything, then this RP devolves into a retexured shoutbox, and if you intend to do that, make a PM.

Also, Esonic03, I'm not playing a set character, (since the one that I would control for some time is chained to a dragon) so if you are okay with one-shorting shotting your enemies, go ahead. The thing is that the soldiers I sent out where hinted to be from the kingdom that the character I made has established, and they have a motive to be chasing intruders. They're leader oppresses those under his rule, while the soldiers you sent at the players have no reason the be attacking the players yet. I am a fan of ethics and motive, so just sending random monsters at people really just makes it bland.

OOC: I do agree that the grenade in the room was a bit bland, and that we didnt play your puzzle on time. I thouht it'd be like a puzzle and not "I choose to attack X and Y!" etc. thing. I did cover this fact with the fact i had a barrier holding back the soldiers, and that the grenade was more smoke than explosives. Technically the hole that esonic would have made would barely be enough to fit through, if even that. So Esonic, keep this in mind. Also, i'm gonna say you have 1 more grenade, and thats all, otherwise it becomes a plothole/escape rope.


Also i will go unchain "luke" as i'll refer to him in the next post when i am back later today, but i am super busy today. Cya!

OOC: @Flubby since you control Luke, you should take control for when Shadow gets back to the dragon. Will he be there? will he be gone? Will he hate our band of misfits or will he think of us as heroes for saving him? Its up to you.
