    Thanks to Salted or whoever decided to make a dxp weekend :D

    Because now I am finally lv 96 and I can use my wand I found when I was 93 :3

    Here it is :D

    It's quite good but there's a bug (at least I HOPE it's a bug) That I deal the amoung of neutral dmg what my +Spell Dmg is
    In terms of water dmg... OP AF
