20LE I believe is fair for a lvl42 piece.
If others agree, then I call buyout xD

 

20 for a pelier ? Jera go for over 30,too and its just a rare...

Firstly, Jera's are higher level.
This Jera that is selling for a buyout of "20LE" is 14% MORE LOOT than these.
It's absolutely a good buyout. The only problem is you don't want to agree because you want to get your filthy hands on them.
Not to mention in the end these Jera's only sold for 10LE. So, yes 20LE is perfectly fine.
