Well, it is SC, but not there.
I looked up a word for a Cipher, came up as a location, and I used the coords.
You got bacon correct, gg.

 

So I failed xD

Code 1 looks like polybus square and bacon looks yummy

 

But the only thing by the cords is "Bay st" "Simms St" and "North St"

For the first one: Google must've messed up the coords. It's SUPPOSED to lead to a place called Beaufort.

 

ADFGVX is a German encryption system invented by Fritz Nebel in 1917. ADFGVX uses a 6x6 square grid to replace the plaintext by pairs of letters among A,D,F,G,V,X and then this ciphered text get a permutation of its letters (transposition). Miner dwarf help

There are a number of interesting observations that can be made about numbers, as spelled out in English. Here are a few:

So yes, it is the Caesar Cipher.
