Really? I tried that in Atbash originally, right after we solved the roman emperors...

I'll try to make one.

 

If you stick formula of 42 digits into a "Everything formula plotter" you get masonic symbols
The masonic symbols make
Tinyurl is your friend. From tinyurl you do. Tinyurl/firsttworomanemperors.
This takes you to a site that says "kpbzffisapgikkvxtsygwdctkqee".
Then if you use "kpbzffisapgikkvxtsygwdctkqee" and "LLKLRSETWYSJGTHJGOKTSPPPLMNQ" in one-time pad cipher.
You get 01001110
which from binary goes to "N".
From there you put
Tfeu qmuz't mu tysgf mu ???, vegft? into the atbash cipher gives you Guvf jnfa'g nf gbhtu nf ???, evtug?
and then using the Caesar cipher with the number code 13(n) and you get the answer.

 

Then you use atbash on the letters with ???, followed by Caesar Shift N on that new string of letters, and you get the answer.

Essentially, from the beginning you knew you needed to use atbash and caesar shift on the ??? code to get the answer. Everything else turned into N, which is all you needed, revealing what type of Caesar Shift is used.

Aka 90% of this puzzle = N

What we could do is have 2 teams of 3 (maybe less maybe more).
Where each team creates a cipher with a certain amount of ciphers/steps.
Then when both ciphers are done the teams switch.
Now the teams race to solve the others cipher?
(think I may sit out the next cipher)

 

Teams of 2.5(we can cut mod in half)

Nah, I think the best idea is to have one person make a cipher, and two teams work against each other to solve the same one. Too many things can go wrong if both teams create ciphers.
