Health Regen Armor

What are some good Heath Regen Helmet/Boots/Accsessories for level 84 and under?

Is Attack Speed broken? I have +4 and my Bob's Mythic looks like it is going super fast, but only damages at a slow rate. I got a base super fast weapon and it works fine.

 

Health regen just sucks now XD

 

I know but I am using Keeper's Ring and Electrocharge Greaves, so I am stuck at 1 health beacause of -Health Regen.

 

I'm pretty sure the Greaves of Honor have health regen boost, and there's also a rare chestplate called Dravarden that has pretty good health regen. They're both level 50-something though so they might be a bit low levelled.

 

My chestplate and legs are both filled with armor i can't switch ;-;

 

Anchoryl or Determination for boots, Marrow for helmet.
And willpower for pendant, and great brace (i think) for bracelet
