Recently, @LordMuttonChops has created one of the biggest theories since the Mob Update, which is even confirmed by Salted to be a great find, saying,"You guys weren't supposed to find this just yet :(". In the theory, LordMuttonChops speculates about the preparations for war Nesaak and Almuj are making based on the clues in nearby buildings of the town. LordMuttonChops has come up with many possibilities of the clues he found ranging from how Nesaak and Almuj are teamed together against Wynn Excavation, to how they were locked in bloody war. "It seems it was a success. I did not really expect any Admins to respond my theory, especially not in the way they did. Salted responding to the thread indefinitely approved that I have found something even bigger then I had thought at start", LordMuttonChops tells our reporters. How long have you been working on this theory?​

Some time ago, I found out about @IAmHedgehog's post about what he claimed to be a "Nesaak Weapon Store". While looking at the images, a flip went off in my head and I realized I might be on to something. After checking everything out, it took me around 45 minutes to create the first theory and edit it.​

Did anyone help you with putting the pieces together or was it mainly you?​

I placed all the pieces together alone. However, @_Lamby_ deserves a lot of the credit for showing me the place. Keep in mind, pieces are still being put together as we speak. The community is doing an amazing job theorizing!​

Did you expect Salted and Lotem to reply in the way they did to your thread?​

While I did know that the theory would probably get popular very fast, I did not expect for the Founder of Wynncraft and Lotem to reply to it. I am really satisfied because of this. Not because of the obvious, "omg it's Salted the amazing admin and Lotem the mythical builder I fen", but because of the fact that staff members scarcely reply to theories. This confirms that I am (hopefully) onto something really, really big.​

First Level 101 Changed The Level Cap

Following April Fools, the unbelievable was posted on the forums. For the first time ever, a (regular) player, @Broettinger, had exceeded the level cap of 100. The event was concluded by many to be the a practical joke to go along with the April Fools spirit. However, it was confirmed by @Tantibus and @px_1 to be "legit". The stats also show on @Syaoran3's player stat viewer (http://wynn-craft.appspot.com/stats/?user=broettinger) to be legitimate as well. The possibility of a exceeding the level cap being possible was previously thought to be impossible until a bug reset all of Broettinger's quests. Broettinger then went on to turn in every quest consecutively until achieving the same amount of experience it would take to get from level 1-100, consequently achieving level 101. Salted himself confirmed the event, saying,"Can confirm, it's real. The xp required for 100 -> 101 is the same amount as 1 -> 100. This means that when you reach level 100, you've only done half of the work. Have fun!". So from now on, the new "true level cap", as @Selvut283 puts it, is Level 101. Hope you enjoy the challenge! Bob Soloed In Four Seconds!

Recentl- (Wait wtf are you guys serious? No that's a lie. I'm not putting that lie in the ne-. Oh it's on video? Show me! What the... op) Wynncraftian, @Ripjaw95, has set the record for fastest Bob's Reincarnation solo in all of Wynncraft history with an astounding... four seconds... @AldoreiHermit states that the build he used to defeat him was "not even his endgame build". "Killing a boss with 160,000 HP in 4 seconds deserves a hit with the nerf bat", @Bippy Dippy explains in the comments. And this might very well be true. The probability of a build that over-powered being nerfed by Salted is quite high. Many players, to counter this, hide their builds when showing off their solos. However, we can only hope that everything smoothens out as new and more powerful builds are being created everyday.

I don't understand how the theory is ground breaking but good job? Rip Pigball league.

 

I wouldn't think of calling Broettinger a "regular" player even in parenthesis. Im almost surprised he didn't report his Mysterious leveling past the level 100 limit and his exp bar kept filling up :c

 

If you read, Salted explains that something big has indeed been found. This changes the way we think about the cities of Wynn. Are they hostile towards each other? Why are they preparing for a war of sorts?

 

Probably because they're holes in the ground

Far away from where I am right now is my brother pres(ent), who in his time in Gavel has found a amazing composition by @XavierEXE , where he has converted the song "Qira, Mistress of the Hive" to minecraft noteblocks. It is a almost perfect rendition of the original, and you don't have to be in the Hive to hear it!

The level 101 isn't due to a big, the level cap was always a soft cap and was passable at any given time. That's why we got wgatshisbane who got level 71 when the cap was 70 and a lot of people with some xp over level 75.
As to the theory it isn't really ground breaking, we knew wynn had an internal war once abd that they are fighting against the higher ups of Gavel (which btw we never meet). Salted commented on the find not the theory.
