-attack Speed Gear

So, my assassin has a Chakram with +2 attack speed tier. Chakram is already a very fast weapon, meaning it would go over the limit, but be capped by super fast. I want to use this to get extra damage. I can trade that extra tier for higher damage using certain items. I am already aware of the clockwork leggings, which exchange attack speed for damage. Is there any other armor piece or accessory that provides this type of effect?

 

The only other item that comes to mind is Taurus, but its debuff is probably a lot more extreme than what you're looking for.

 

Mummys rag, often used even though a low level gear it is greatly used.

 

I'll have to look into it, but I threw mine away for bank space. Maybe I'll buy one.

 

They're untradeable identified, I dont know about unidentified though.

So, I guess waiting until lvl 80 for clock pants is really my only choice, huh?

There's Silkweb Mail which provides decent poison + life steal.

 

Does it decrease attack speed? Also, what level?

 

It has average - 1 Tier attack speed, it's a rare chestplate around level 90.

 

I don't think I'm going to wait that long. My assassin is in the 60s and my highest class is only lv 82 :P

 

Clock legs are actually around level 74 I think. The only clock items for 80+ are the accessories.
