Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

"He's adorable! Though, why'd he come to see me earlier?" Artemis asks.

"No." Abigail says, burning the new flower.

 

"I couldn't find you. I asked him to check on you."
Sgavrinn nuzzles Artemis gently, seeming happy about the compliment.

 

I turn to AJ.
"Are we going to keep it concealed that Shadow Stephanie tried to seduce a robot?"
I say relatively quietly, and smile.

 

"Not in this battle. Even I have a sense of honour in battle."

Arnold leaps into the air and slashes down with his sword, quickly thrusting the mace-hilt up soon after.
At the same time, Tirai feels something trying to attack his mind directly.

 

The mind-attack misses entirely. It's as if he's dead... But he returns fire.

Tirai's hammer smashes into Arnold's back as he swings. He phases through Arnold as he grabs his hammer.
"Having trouble with the dead, are we? Three remain."

 

Artemis pets Sgavrinn lightly, smiling.

A dark portal opens up nearby, and two figures step out. One is recognisably Katie, while the other looks a lot like Shadow Stephanie; yet more 'Human'. She wears a pair of casual black shoes, a pair of dark blue jeans and a dark purple shirt with a dark purple cloak to match. She has light brown eyes, fair skin and black hair, which turns purple at the ends.

"Looks like they're here." I say, watching the pair walk over.

"You must be Ihra!" The girl says, "My name's Stephanie, nice to meet you."

Stephanie offers a handshake.

"Hey, Ihra." Katie says happily.

"She's tried to seduce weirder things in her lifetime." I whisper back, giggling slightly.

 

Ihra accepts the handshake.
"Hi Stephanie. Katie, I was hoping to meet you when I wasn't just waking up."
Sgavrinn sniffs at Stephanie, then Katie.

 

"An orc? A fairy? A troll? You?"
I whisper back.
"I guess the first and last things there are the same, anyways."
I'm grinning wildly.

 

"Interesting... you make a powerful opponent. But how-"
"Can you manage"
"THIS!"
In flashes of blue light, two more Arnolds appear. The real one glides through the smoke towards Tirai and strikes straight towards him.
The other two flank him. One tries to block, trap or disarm his hammer while the other tries to sneak behind Tirai.

OOC: Noooo the Leoseal has not returned! Speaking of which, do you want to control the Leoseal or do you want me to continue controlling it?

 

"Three on three? Okay."
Tirai phases through all three Arnolds, splitting into three after turning hard, hammer slammed into the ground.

Earthen spikes fly up and at all three Arnolds.

 

"Sorry I left on such short notice." Katie says apologetically.

"Ihra doesn't like golems." I whisper to Stephanie.

"You don't like golems, Ihra? Why's that?" Stephanie asks, curiously.

"Har har har, so funny. But yes, she has tried to seduce me. I'd rather not talk about my history with her, however." I whisper back.

OOC: Maybe you should get one of your characters to inquire about it? Also, you can control the Leoseal, I'm already dealing with Aj, Artemis, Abigail, Katie and Stephanie in the same place together.

 

"They're weird. I can't heal them. And they're scary."

Sgavrinn hums a few notes to Katie, then looks at Ihra sadly.

 

"Hmm." Stephanie ponders for a moment, before reaching into her cloak and taking out a purple crystal.

A purple glow surrounds the crystal, and a small clay figure takes its place. The figure seems extremely detailed, looking almost human. The clay figure waves to Ihra happily from Stephanie's hand.

"He's not scary, is he?" Stephanie says happily.

Katie sings a few notes back at Sgavrinn, smiling.

 

Ihra reels back, terror on her face.
"Yes," she utters.

A huge shadow passes overhead. It seems to make Ihra cheer up a bit.

 

The figure disappears, Stephanie seems a little disappointed.

"Hey Stephanie, you should put on your witch hat!" I say excitedly.

"I'm not putting the hat on, Aj." Stephanie says, slightly annoyed.

"You have a witch hat? Cool, lemme see!" Abigail says.

Stephanie rolls her eyes, "Only if you let me show off another of my items to Ihra." Stephanie says, grinning slightly.

"Yeah, sure, put on the hat!" I say.

Stephanie lowers her hood, and a crooked-looking witch hat appears in her hands, which she puts on.

Abigail seems rather impressed, "You look cool." She says, observing the hat.

A black voodoo doll with red buttons for eyes appears in Stephanie's hand, which she shows to Ihra, "Do you know about voodoo dolls, Ihra?" Stephanie says, a slight evil in her voice.

"Oh no." I say, looking at the doll.

 

"She doesn't. I recommend you put that away."
A familiar voice grumbles.
"Rineth!" Ihra runs to him, her embrace not even reaching all the way around his tail.

 

The voodoo doll disappears from Stephanie's hand.

"What a majestic dragon." Stephanie says, looking at Rineth.

"Meet Rineth, Stephanie." Artemis says.

 

"Hello, I- Stephanie? Isn't she the one who almost killed you both AND Ihra?"
Ihra squints at Stephanie.
"I dunno, but she seems nice enough."

 

"Oh, you must mean Shadow Stephanie; she never said anything about trying to kill Ihra, though." Stephanie says.

"Don't annoy Rineth, Stephanie," I advise, "He's super dangerous."

 

All three are severely wounded... except that all three are soon healed more or less.
All three say at once, "I have survived more times than is possible. Three earth spikes aren't going to stop me. Maybe I should show you what a Dread Dragon is."
One turns into a massive black and cobalt blue dragon with red eyes.
Another turns into a monster which pretty much resembles a living sword-mace.
The third turns into a griffin.
