"You idiots..." I mutter, before descending into the ground.

I surface beside you. "Bloody idiots...Did they really think I won't notice this? Spreading stupid propaganda, they didn't even do their research! Ugh, they don't realize that I swore to Riihs to never kill Ihra, and I'm still keeping to it. Those little..." Vines erupt from the ground, seizing the note from your hands. "I'll personally deliver this to Riihs. Oh and by the way, don't call me Count Drake anymore. I'm beyond that." I say, before descending into the ground with the note.

A yellow flower sprouts in front of you, followed by a note covered in vines. The vines hand the note to you, unraveling their grip on it. "Riihs, do you believe these idiots? Look into me with your True Sight. Does it look like I will kill Ihra?! Of course not! Anyways, you can have the useless propaganda that those idiots left. Give it to Ihra and Rineth if you want." A vine erupts from the ground and slams itself on the ground, before retracting back to the earth.

 

Once Drake is gone, I mumble to myself, not expecting a response,
"I believe this world, if not others, is already corrupt. AJ, you will never be the one to start corrupting it."

 

You realize that there is a blue flower near you. "True." It echos.

 

Meanwhile, behind you, a red eye shoruded in darkness closes; disappearing.


"So, what did he do?" I ask.

"I...I can't actually believe it. Nor can I believe you," Stephanie says, "He is so stupid! How is he even still alive!?"

"Well, he is plotting to use our powers against us." Artemis says in innocently.

"You know what, as much as I said I wasn't getting involved, I'm going to go kick that ass's ass," Stephanie says, "I won't kill him, that's your deal, but something that stupid needs to be slapped some sense."

"Are you sure? I don't think we need more people in danger." I ask.

"I'm not in any danger, because I am the danger." Stephanie says.

I open a dark portal next to me, which Stephanie steps through.

A dark portal opens next to you, and Stephanie walks through.

"Hey, 13 right? You seen that idiot Drake or whats his face around here?" Stephanie asks in a commanding, yet somewhat sweet, tone.

 

"Seen him? Yeah, just..."
I pause for a second, then realize that's Stephanie.
"just a few minutes ago or so. He took a note from my hand. Heard him?"
I bend down swiftly and pluck the blue flower from the ground.
"Right here."

 

I sprout in front of you. "Yes, I have seen the one named "Drake" He's dead. Look, I don't want to kill you. You haven't done anything to me yet. So if the 'big three' haven't made the propaganda gone into your head, I'll explain myself. Kick my ass if you want, but know that I'm undying." I appear to be completely defenseless. "Also, I felt it would be better to explain myself in person rather than through the use of a flower. Well, a communication flower that is."

The blue flower bursts into darkness. "I'm right beside you, you know?" I say.

 

"Yes, I can see you, and hear you, so I already knew that."

 

"Good. By the way, now would be a perfect time for a betrayal kill. You know, with me just beside you, completely defenseless...nah, I'm messing with you. Don't kill me."

 

"Thanks, sweetie." Stephanie says, kissing you on the cheek.

"Yeah, sure, he's dead. You're just him in another form, don't think I don't know that." Stephanie says.

Stephanie summons a dark crystal in her hand, it seems to draw all the light around it into it, making most of Stephanie's arm unable to be seen. The crystal suddenly disappears; though you can still feel its presence somehow.

"I'll let you blabber some nonsense for a bit before I decide whether or not to kick your ass into next year's calendar." Stephanie says, smiling evilly.

Stephanie clicks her fingers, and you can feel your entire soul shocked by some sort dark energy.

"Speak, underling." Stephanie says, looking down on you both figuratively, and literally.

 

"It would never be a betrayal kill. I was never explicitly on your side."

I glare at Stephanie, but smile also.

 

Vines grow underneath me, growing me to roughly the same height as Stephanie. "Thank you. You see, the reason why I'm holding a grudge against the three of them is simple. They destroyed my crossbow. They destroyed Sir Robert. They destroyed Leo, who, may I remind you, did absoloutely nothing other than be my source of power. They destroyed Count Drake. They destroyed everything I owned. Including my Tea Set. MY TEA SET! They violate my privacy. They refuse an offer for truce more than once. They destroy my sword, which by the way, was a gift from a being from another realm. They destroy my books, which I have digilantly collected for my whole life. Then, they attempt to sneak attack me." I say, obvious anger in my voice.

"That's not what I meant. I meant it since you're technically neutral to me since you haven't done anything to me."

 

Stephanie winks at you, giving a warm smile.

"That's what happens when you mess with Artemis' father." Stephanie says, shaking her head.

"Artemis' Father destroyed your crossbow because you planned to hurt Artemis and the others, he also destroyed Robert because he saw you as a threat to his daughter (he also gave you that wooden body as an act of kindness by the way)." Stephanie explains, "Abigail laughs at you for falling over, which, by the way, we have whole TV shows dedicated to people doing that for humour, and you decide to make it rain on her. Artemis takes neseccary action to defend her friends and destroys Drake so you can't harm Abigail and co. anymore." Stephanie continues, "They didn't hear your truce offers (or just didn't listen, Aj can be like that sometimes), they destroyed your sword as an act of defense for Abigail, as well as that sword being a piece of crap, (seriously, get better weapons), and they destroyed your books as a general destruction thing because they saw what remained as a whole bunch of crap."

"However, as a fan of tea, I must replace your tea set." Stephanie says, summoning a bag in her hand. Clinking can be heard from inside.

"An antique tea set, complete with various flavours of tea, all yours." Stephanie says placing the bag on the ground next to you, the cups clinking from within. Stephanie seems to be wearing a top hat and monocle, oddly.

"Oh, and Leo isn't dead, he's just in immense amount of infinite pain; getting destroyed and recreated constantly in a pocket dimension. You could probably ask Artemis to retrieve him; but she isn't exactly 'Best buds let me just retrieve your friend and power source mister BFF.' with you." Stephanie says.

 

I take the tea set, and examine the bag. "I'll be backing down. Expect no major actions from me for a decent amount of time." I descend into the earth along with the bag. However, I leave behind a note, and written on it, on big bold letters is this: "I'LL STILL BE LISTENING" You realize a whole array of communication flowers have sprouted around the area. I pop up from the ground one last time to tell Stephanie, "Please tell Artemis to release Leo. I can't harness his soul energy anymore from the Crystal. It's become too weak. Give him a body and a new life if she wants. Or you know, Leo could just be her trophy." I descend back into the earth.

 

"Good, you four make friends now, or I'll be back to murder your freaking face!" Stephanie says happily; your vision goes entirely black for a second, before returning to normal. You still feel the crystal's presence.

Stephanie turns to 13, "See you, cutie." She says, kissing 13 before falling through a dark portal in the floor.

A communication flower echoes near you, "So, are you two a thing now?"

I sprout up again, and place a strange contraption on the ground. I then descend into the earth and reappear on a cliff overlooking the area, casting a spell of duplication to mask myself. "Good, back to more trivial matters." I say, grinning.

OOC: Contraption is just a prototype bomb. It actually doesn't have any thing loaded on it, so yes, it's just a dud.

 

Artemis appears next to the tree she was sleeping on; asleep once more. Forest spirits surround her again, humming.

Abigail appears in a tree, eyeing the area for any sign of danger.

I appear a short distance away from the contraption. A pair of dark hands emerge from a portal above the contraption, taking it and dropping it in my hands. I observe it with a critical eye.

 

"If you wanna have kinky fantasies about an insane girl who's friends with a shadow and a robot without a reproductive system, be my guest to believe that."
I say to the flower.
I pause for a moment.
"But honestly, that's all up to her."

 

OOC: Stephanie is actually a Shadow; the mortal Stephanie is chilling in another world.

A pair of dark hands wrap around your neck from behind, "Whoever said anything about a reproductive system being a requirement?" Stephanie's voice whispers, before she disappears.

"Looks like you've fallen prey to Shadow Stephanie's seductive ways," I say, "I'd be concerned, she obviously wants something from you."

 

"Not too sure. You said that gathering drelsh is an issue? I was created for mining, I could look into gathering some for you."
I pat the black dragon's head before standing up and turning to the mage.

"Okay, Avis... Have you learned how to fly yet?"

He looks at the note, fries it to ash with electricity, then walks over to Rineth.

"Vei was just looking for an excuse to get out. The dress is back in her box."
"I figured. I'm just worried about AJ, regardless of what that note says. All of them have a good side to them, yet they ask us to side with one and say the other is purely evil."
"Well... Seems it's too late for diplomacy."
"You had your opportunity, you tried."
"Eugh... Well, it won't matter. The others will try to exploit this weakness. Does she still know how to summon..."
"We need to let him rest. The hell he's been through... We can't rely on him. Let him lie."
"Fine... I'll just have to see how this plays out."

 

"My affection, my rag, or my sword?"
I say to AJ, jokingly.
I smile.
