Leather?

Hi guys,

So I need a stack of leather for the annoying Temple of Legends. Where is the best place for leather. I don't really look forward to murdering 64+ cows.

 

The best place is on cows, have fun slaughtering the 64+ cows, though; if you're lucky, you can buy it from the "Trade Market".

 

There are two places I can think of off the top of my head. You can either grind at Katoa ranch (the drop rate isn't actually that bad), or you can kill cows outside Rymek. Katoa ranch will probably be the most convenient place.

 

What about the farm in the Olux Swamp?

 

If they drop leather, then that's fine. In fact, you should grind at the one closest to your level. If the cow location is quite a few levels under you, make a lower levelled class and grind at Katoa. They did this thing where drop chances are decreased the further you are from the level of the mob you kill.

 

Really? I didn't know that ty for telling me!

 

I'm pretty sure all the passive cows in the game are like level 1.

Also, to address the question here, when I did the quest (before Gavel, no Olux cows) I personally found this spot very slightly more efficient than Katoa Ranch/Rymek:
