TNA – top guild, and second guild of the first unofficial duo in wynncraft history –introducing…

    Hello!

My name is huge6446, but you can call me huge.

I am the second in command of this guild, and have decided to try out a new project inspired by one of my members, or should I say some. They gave me this idea when they successfully co-operated attacks in a group. They have given each other roles in –and after wars. So I thought, why not make it official?

    Introducing
So what is this about, does it do anything? It doesn’t do too much actually. The only thing that changes will be the organization and role-play features of the guild. This of course makes the whole guild way more fun, and inspires everyone in it to improve and compete with each other in a good manor. We already have a great community, thus looking forward to continuously increasing and improving it.

The way we will be making this happen is to organize specific roles for each squadron member. Before I continue, I should tell what a squadron in our case will be. In TNA, we don’t force anything upon our members. The leaders let the members do it their way, of course with guidelines. Members who build extraordinary relations have better capabilities when it comes to teamwork. This leads to what we call squadrons. This is comparable to a competitive game team, a school friend group, a ghetto and even a guild! This squadron update will literally make the guild closer to an organization than a guild, hence leading us in a good way. There will be allowed several squadrons in the guild, depending of what people desire. Each squadron must at least contain one member and one leader. The reason we have leaders in the first place is to make quick decisions and even long term plans. An organization cannot work efficiently without a leader.

What happens with those without a squadron? This may, or may not be a problem. We have decided that chiefs are not allowed to be a part of any squadron. The people without a squadron will therefore be supported by chiefs. But remember that we are the same guild, after all. Everyone can join a war, level up and be social without squadrons. They are simply a way to officialize good working teams internally in our guild; concluded with that this will not be a problem of our accord. We are just one guild after all.

Who and what decides squadron members? Again; squadron members are decided by whether people feel like it or not. Leaving a squadron is allowed, but I doubt that will happen unless the person leaves the guild. There are still some scenarios that should be taken into consideration:

    • Person gets promoted to chief.
    • Person leaves for another squadron
    • Squadron dies/goes inactive
    • (Person leaves the guild).

If the person gets promoted to chief, it won’t do a lot of difference except that that player will be required to resign their squadron role. The chief will be allowed to partially be a part of the squadron because of their status. A squadron with only one member will be suspended or removed based on the desires of the remaining member. A person is free to leave the squadron whenever he/she feels like it. He/she will also be allowed to join whoever he/she feels best with, or to avoid being a part of any squadron. The same goes for a player who leaves (except… that the player has already left.)
If the squadron goes complitely inactive, it will ba disbanded based on the chiefs and leaders' decision. Any player who "wakes up" will be without a squadron, but can easily jump into a new one.

    Squadron ranks and roles:
This system will be very special from what’s normal. We will have what I call a “prioritizing system”. This system will give each member a prioritizing factor as a squadron leader. This means that the next in command by the "prioritizing system" will decide what's going to be done. The squadron leader will be required to have captain rank. There will also be optional roles. These roles will be:
    • Soldier: Normal attacker. Must be level 90 or over. Can also be multi-soldier if he/she has an account to spare.
    • Multi-soldier: A player with two accounts (yes, it is possible). One account is AFK in battle. One of the accounts will be required to be over 90. This type of soldier MUST focus on keeping their main account alive. A multi-soldier can also lend the accounts of other guild members.
    • Defender: The player who leaves battle first (usually a little before the war ends (only if there are attackers/soldiers left)). The player must be a fast clicker and have a reasonably fast internet connection because of guaranteed defense.
    • Attacker: Leaves war before the others to attack the second the war is over. Follows command of the squadron leader (if the player is not the leader).
    • Chief: “The 3rd wheel of the wagon”. Simply a helper to make the war go faster. Chief is not a part of any squadron. This rank is only obtained by führer.
These ranks are the available ones. It will be required to at least have one attacker -or defender and one squadron leader per squadron. There must be at least one player over level 90 who can solo a war. The ranks in general are just there to give room for own decisions.

    Choosing a leader:
This is where democracy comes in. Even though I am not a big fan of this thing called “democracy”, it is much required in this case where an existing, working group of people decide their leader, and following leaders based on the “prioritizing system”. A squadron leader can have any of the optional ranks they desire, they just have one extra role. It will work like this: We use an anonymous voting system. The leader-prioritizing will go from top votes to bottom votes. It is important that no one gets hard feelings out of this. We will give each and every squadron member in total 3 points they vote for. These points go to another player of the squadron whom you want to be a leader:
    • 1st place: 2 points
    • 2nd place: 1 point
The leading player will be the squadron leader. If there are ties in this vote, then it will be done a second vote for those specific tied players. If this is a tie again, they will be obliged to do a random decision (preferably with a randomizer program).
Exception: If there are squads containing two players, then they will need to decide leadership between themselves. Some squads will be allowed to have a democratical leadership.

    I will edit:
Power tree (visualization of this project)
    Fix loopholes

Note that this is a project I made for my guild. I will see if it works or not. I doubt it won't work, since it seems to work unofficially.

Nope, you came just in time for this. Make sure to build relations in the guild! It will actually go automatic as long as you are active in chats (and in game).
