Void Rift (rp) - Intermission

I watch intently, keeping my eyes on the box. Artemis and Abigail lie asleep, peacefully.


"I seriously don't think genocide is the answer to a few insults." Abigail says.

"Need I mention that Drake was the one who made it rain over you, seriously harming you." Artemis responds.

"Yes, but that doesn't warrant genocide! What did Ihra even do to you? Just kill Drake and get over it." Abigail says, annoyed.

 

There's only silence from the sphere, but this time a new sphere forms around it, starting from behind the earthen spikes and ends in front of the earthen sphere. The new sphere is made completely of fog.

 

Inside , the small bit you can see, you can see little mementos and a stash of chocolate bars.
Vei takes out a sizeable dress, then teleports away.
"It's been a while since I've seen this. Go easy on her, she was bitter then and she'll be bitter now."

 

I eye the sphere curiously, wary of it's next move.

I smile, waiting for Vei's return.

 

You notice that a blue flower has sprouted beside you. It has a funnel shape.

OOC: It looks like the echo flower

 

I whisper "Nice Creams" into the echo-flower lookalike, hoping for my voice to reply with the same phrase.


"Don't blame me if we end up with a spike through our chests." Artemis says.

"Well go kill him then, don't let me stop you. I was perfectly happy dreaming before you barged in and started discussing genocide." Abigail replies, annoyed.

"But there's also the others to consider." Artemis says, a slight evil in her voice.

"Kill Drake and Leo, that's it. You can't kill anyone else; I'm sure Aj would agree." Abigail says with a serious tone.

 

The flower echoes back with an ominous voice, "Hahah, no. Also, I'm listening, so you better watch what you say." All of a sudden, multiple flowers that look like it start sprouting all over the place. All of them echo at once, quite loudly "Nice screams!"

 

Artemis seems to wake up from this; yet Abigail remains asleep.

Artemis gestures to the flowers with a confused expression.

I gesture to the sphere.

Artemis draws a line across her neck, then raises her hand with one finger.

I raise my hand with 5 fingers.

Artemis holds up 2 fingers.

I hold up 4, then 1, then 3 fingers, then cover my eyes.

Artemis shakes her head in annoyance.

I draw a line across my neck, gesture to the sphere and nod.

Artemis seems rather happy.

 

All of the flowers echo back "Why yes, let's kill Count Drake. WHAT A WONDERFUL IDEA!" A yellow flower sprouts near the other flowers. It appears to just be a normal one. The flower closest to the three of you echoes "Why yes, I did combine a couple of the 'common spells' to be able to do this. You will not believe that a spell of gardening works well with a spell of duplication"

 

Artemis gestures to the flowers, drawing her bow.

I nod.

Artemis turns her bow into Gaia's Scythe, before slicing all the nearby flowers in half. She takes the remains and causes them to wither into dust.

I put a hand to my neck, then draw a line across it.

Artemis nods in understanding.

 

This seems to have worked, but then more flowers sprout All of the flowers echo at once, "You cannot stop me from reaching my non existant ulterior motive so that once you beat me you will be praised as heroes and will be showered with gifts and glory and fame." There is a silence for a while. "And cartoons will be made inspired by your glorious defeat of me." More silence, and the spikes retract back to the ground, only this time, a massive wall made of earth rises from the ground, seperating the fog from you.

 

Artemis draws a line across her neck, then gestures to me.

I disappear.

Artemis keeps an eye on the wall, as well as Abigail.

 

A bright light explodes from behind the wall, and remains there. It's quite blinding. "Don't you think about trying anything funny here. I'm not attacking any of you." echoes a flower nearby.

 

I remain unseen.

Artemis glares at the flowers, before slicing the rest of them apart.

Abigail moves away from the light in her unconsciousness.

 

Again, this is futile as flowers continue to sprout up. "Now do you mind? Also, whatever the shadow thing that you call Aj is going to do, tell him it better not have anything to do with me, because if he goes past these walls, let's just say the light elementals here won't be friendly." echoes a nearby flower.

 

A white figure appears out of seemingly nowhere. His body is white, and his eyes a deep blue. He wears two white rings, one on each hand.

Artemis looks up in shock crawling backwards.

The white figure draws a line across his neck and winks.

 

The flowers remain silent, but every once in a while, they echo my murmurs. Most are just spells, but some are of me talking to Leo.

 

I walk up to the earthen wall and observe it for a moment, before drawing Shadow Katana and slicing through it like butter.

In contrast to my light body, Shadow Katana looks more dark-purple than it does black.

I walk up to the dome, taking on the form of Ihra.

"Hey, what are you doing in there? Can I come in?" I ask in a voice nearly identical to Ihra's.

 

A Light elemental floats over to inspect you. It doesn't look pleased. "Nice try Aj, but I saw that." echoes a flower. The wall you sliced through starts to rebuild itself. "Also, I'd mind it if you stop trying to break in." echoes the flower, this time in an eerily Abigail-sounding voice. "Don't you know the meaning of privacy?"

 

I take off the rings and de-summon them, a large blast of darkness corrupts the nearby light elementals, turning them to my side.

In my normal form, I command my newly recruited Shadows to start attacking the dome, which they begin to start digging through.


Abigail wakes up, though her hair is still a greyish red.

Artemis gestures to the dome, then to the rebuilt wall.

Abigail extends her claws.

Artemis gestures to Abigail's hair.

Abigail looks down, disappointed, retracting her claws.
