What you said is only regarding the market price for white horses. It is not regarding the average price for horses in mathematical correct terms.

I just want to point out that 10 horses doesn't equal 5 operations. For example in your black horse breeding scenario, if you bred two browns and got a brown, that would leave you with nine horses (Since 10 - 2 +1=9). If that happened again, it would leave you with eight horses. Therefore, you've already conducted 2 operations, but 8 browns remain. That means you could do ATLEAST 4 operations with your remaining horses, plus the 2 that you already did, which equals six. In fact, off of 10 horses you could do a total of 9 operations, as shown in the pic below (blue circles represent brown horses, the red roman numerals show amt. of breeds):

 

Yes, but because you cannot get a lower level horse than brown, to make a fair mathematical model, Yuno used the 2 x 5 breeding equation. And guess what? It works algebraically, too. And we've been through your scenario dozens of times. What you have is the best case scenario, not the average scenario. I botched that, too, when I calculated the prices of horses when we had a Black horse merchant in VIP Town.

I did use 10 horses so I would have a 5 operation base to wirk with. You are right that there is a secondary output of equal and lesser horses. But if you look at my calculations you'll see I subtracted them from the end result

I feel like taking on the breeding gods again... I haven't done any horse breeding since I got a white with 22le... but then I'd lose all my le D:

 

I got stupid lucky and got a white for 10 le... Sold it for a stack and 10

Yea, but since it is a thread that does is relevant, independent of time, it shouldn't be locked, in my opinion.

It isn't about the message which was used to necro the thread, but the purpose of keeping it up in general.

 

It wasn't replied to for 2 months. Also there was no reason to reply to it. Yuno can just make another one since all these are old prices.

 

1) The prices for horses didn't change.
2) I told you why the rule kinda doesn't apply here.
3) Since you don't seem to understand my arguments, I'll leave this here now.
