Where To Learn Voxelsniper (question For The Builders Mainly)

So I was considering applying for the build team as I consider myself a good builder and am experienced in world edit. However, VoxelSniper was a tool which they were looking for experienced users in. I know what VoxelSniper is and its power but im not sure where I can go to use it because its a server plugin and you cant get it client side. This wouldn't be a huge problem but lets face it minecraft is kind of dying and servers aren't what they used to be. If anybody could give me some advice or pointers that would be much appreciated.

 

Look up tutorials for the basic commands, experiment with that for a while, master the basics, and then you can learn more advanced brushes and stuff from more advanced videos and master that. Good luck!

 

Well my issue is finding somewhere to practice because its a server side plugin. So I cant do it on my own.

 

Maybe one of your friends has a server that they can let you on. Also, you can try to find a server somewhere around the Minecraft community that will allow you to use voxelsniper on your server. If you have the resources, you can buy really cheap practice server from a server host for a month, and renew it over time. And, of course, Grian is opening his community server in the near future and it will be gray listed. It will provide World Edit and Voxelsniper (most likely) to anyone who lacks to resources (like you) to build and practice.

 

Alright I'll look into buying a server and keep grians in mind.
