Umm... "Xlentia" ?

 

Whoa, I did that well?

My mind works in different ways. I'm no theorist, but if something seems to click I stick it together somehow, and it almost looks like it works until the actual theorists come in and flip my idiotic puzzle off the table; before actually solving it.

Though occasionally I manage to hit the target and I win the prize.

 

The title makes sense once you make the connections.

Here we go.

Looking back on it, I'm actually sort of confused how I managed to connect some of the things together.

 

You weren't all wrong, but it was obvious you were taking crapshots

 

I started taking crapshots when I ran out of all my good ideas, hoping that my aiming was so terrible, having no aim might actually hit the target.

Yet the prize remained just out of my reach...

 

I mean, the references probably.

I guess the "sorrow" kind of gives it away, I think.

I'm not the greatest at figuring these sorts of things out alright!

I know Virei'tus doesn't entirely line up, but yeah. It's a thing.

Same goes with Crea. The ???? has a hint to the names.

Gather enough subtle references and you have a backstory.

 

That's...kind of cheesy.

How the heck was someone supposed to put together the letters of the names of the characters to form the names anyway? You'd need to go insane looking for something, and that'd be your big breakthrough when you realise if you put the names juuust right, you can make those names.

 

They aren't meant to be found without taking ludicrous measures. Some things, like those, at least.

Once you know my ways, I've spoiled a good amount of what's to come.

The names thing makes more sense when you look at every generation of Fragments and the letters or sounds remain consistent.

 

So, you're meant to drink chocolate milk whilst hanging upside down, reading a book about theoretical physics in one hand, and the bible in another, then knock yourself out with a cracker, and wake up with your face against the screen reading the text, at which point you'll find out the secret meaning behind the words?

 

It's more like a puzzle that only makes sense if you have every piece.

Like an electrical circuit or something.

Other things are just here for fun because I overthink stuff.

Kind of annoying to have to go back and collect the pieces you missed when you think you're done though.

At least the lore is deep enough for me to be able to sprout both wrong and idiotic theories, while also getting extremely confused.

 

I always thought it was odd that Vei, Vesius, and Virei'tus all started with V, and if you remove the I and the r in Virei, you get Vei, but that's all I ever got before being told.

It's a nice little Easter egg.

 

When you put it that way, I'm kind of surprised you missed by as far as you seemed to.

I may use some of the stuff you thought. Maybe. Some of it sounded interesting.
