I Am Having Doubts With My Answers

So i asked a question a while back about attack speed and whether the spell damage buff will be applied to Super Fast weapons
the answer was yes
but when i compared tsunas multihit and my new weathereds multihit,
both were pretty close in terms of damage
TSUNA-> 9K MULTIHIT
WEATHERED-> 10K MULTIHIT
I am using +2 clock boots and i wonder if the buffs really do apply

 

It was changed like, 2 days ago, so raw spell no longer is affected by attack speed
