    Yes, I've decided to revive the thread, with as much information I can get. If you don't know, this is basically a help thread which was originally made by fibunny. We're still looking for helpers, after all, fibunny's goal was to manage to get this page translated in every language so we can help everyone using the forums!

    Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behavior, feelings and sense of well-being.Depressed people can feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable or restless. They may lose interest in activities that were once pleasurable, experience loss of appetite or overeating, have problems concentrating, remembering details or making decisions, and may contemplate, attempt or commit suicide. Insomnia, excessive sleeping, fatigue, aches, pains, digestive problems or reduced energy may also be present.

    Calling the Mental Health Helpline will provide you with an Information and Referral Specialist who will answer your call 24/7. They will ask you for some non-identifying information like the name of your city or town. This helps them give you information about services where you live.

    CAMHS is a government provides service for UK children. It takes a long time to get started, but they offer highly trained therapists with weekly appointments. I see them myself and, after a few weeks of sessions, they've helped me progress in leaps and bounds

    I know this thread is pretty much dead, but still, you might add the following video too. It's not quite a mental health resource, but it might help some people suffering from depression. Our English teacher showed this to us in class :)

    It almost made me cry (and I never cried about a movie or video), so if you are susceptible to crying get your tissues ready :sob:
