I am working on a Freedom build for after the OP spell damage got fixed and using Return to Ether was no longer viable.
However, I have a lot of possibilities ligned up and I'm unsure what the best combination is.
    Suggestions/questions are always appreciated!
    Weapon:
    Freedom bow(duh)
    Helmet:
    Blue mask
(Great for skill points but shoddy health)
    OR
Shimmersight (adds about 15 skill points and has +2900 health)
    Chestpiece:
    Chestplate of ineptitude
(+2 tier attack speed but - lots of spell damage %)
    OR
Libra (adds good stuff all around, no downsides)
    Leggings:
    Leggings of Desolation
(+26% spell damage but -50% health regen)
    OR
Gemini (Squishy archer might use the extra elemental defense)
    OR
Crystal (Less health but 3/4 mana regen)
    Bootz:
    Snail boots
    (+1300 health, +280 health regen)
    OR
Memento (4/4 mana regen, +150 spell damage, +some % spell damage)
    OR
Clock boots (+2 tier attack speed but low health and -30% spell damage)
    Rings:
    Suppression (3/4 mana regen)
    AND
Breezehands (+1 tier attack speed but - 20% spell damage)
    Bracelet:
    Squid Anklet (2/4 mana regen)
    Necklace:
    Golemlus Core (+120 health regen)
    OR
Bottled Thunderstorm (+3 dex, +3 agil, +some elemental damage %)

    Skill points: 35 strength, 55 dexterity, 50 intelligence, 35 defense, 55 agility.
Add rest wherever you want. (I currently have 196 skill points to distribute at lvl 99)
(Need 70 in dex and agil if you use Gemini.)

    What I'd like:
    Decent damage output.
Good mana regen (like 6/4 and up)
    Good health (around 10k)

    Discussion:
I went for the chestplate of ineptitude for the attack speed tiers instead of clock boots since it has much higher health. However, the minus spell damage is more significant.
Leggings of desolation can make up for part of this.
Boots were a difficult choice. I couldn't find any decent +% spel damage boots and since archer is squishy I wanted some extra health. This led to choosing snail boots as an option, which have awesome health regen as well.
If you prefer to be a relatively low health glass cannon or really need 9/4 instead of 5/4 mana regen, go for memento boots. For grinding snail boots are better since you won't need potions but for bosses, when the health regen won't make up for boss damage and you just want to output a lot of damage, memento will be better I think.
Since Freedom has Normal attack speed, adding +3 tiers maxes this out which increases damage dramatically!
However, spell damage % is around minus 60%. The attack speed tiers still make up for that in overall damage though.

    Thanks for reading!
    Suggestions/questions are always appreciated!

I would think of using the most common freedom items like
    Spectrum, helmet
    Libra or Gravity for chest
    Vaward for pants
    Idk about boots
    Both rings Prism
Bracelet I guess the hive one or something :I
    Cosmium for necklace as well

Problem with that is you have very little mana regen, which is very bad for archer since your a juicy soft target who can't even sprint away when mana is low. Also, having +3 tier attack speed adds much more to total spell damage with Freedom than just the 38% spell damage from spectre.I'm trying to combine those who criteria in the build but still have more note than 8k hp...

Hmm.. I think this won't increase your damage that much, since this one has -20% spell damage, doesn't it? :p
I mean, I think it's better to wear 2 Suppression rings. maybe.

Not entirely, water archer has a lot of skillpoints in intel. This build has an average of 45 in each skill but to make up for that I need mana regen.

Don't worry man, ignore the negative spell damage, most people doesn't realise that the +tier attack speed is way more powerful than the deduction in spell damage percentage
I'm using a Freedom build myself and I'm even considering to use two Breezehands!

Alright, I did some tests with this setup:
    Chestplate: Libra
    Leggings: Leggings of Desolation
    Boots: Clock boots
    Rings: 2 times Suppression
    Bracelet: Squid Anklet
    Necklace: Bottled Thunderstorm
    Skill point setup: 39 - 41 - 62 - 41 - 45

I tested two different helms to see if spell damage had a large impact:
    Shimmersight (Adds no spell %): Average Damage = 12150. Health = 9600
    Spectre (Adds 38% Spell damage): Average Damage = 14500. Health = 8000

Fire defense: 260 with Spectre- 320 with Shimmersight
    Air defense: 260
Earth defense: 280 with Spectre - 350 with Shimmersight
    Thunder defense: 100
    Water defense: 160

I couldn't test the combination of Spectre with Breezehands since Breezehands need 55 in Dexterity and Agility and I don't have sufficient Skill points for that.

Maybe you could do some damage tests with having the Breezehands on and with having it off? That would be really helpful!

Soul Signal was good before the spell damage fix, now it's only good for specific builds. It doesn't add much to this build though.

With crude testing if you use blue mask to give you sufficient skill points to wear clock boots and Breezehands(I only have one) with that +3 tier attack speed, I got 24k on crit and 14k normal per bomb arrow, giving an average of 19k

Also u should try out the watch bracelet as it increase 5% on every elemental damage, more beneficial than squid ankle I think

Another thing to point out is that the clock set's set bonus provides a large amount of elemental damage in several elements, depending on how many pieces of the set you use. Clock boots + watch bracelet should give quite a bit of extra elemental damage.

I've thought of using a blue mask but that only gives 800 health, and clock boots give 950 health. Now if I combine that with libra and leggings of desolation I end up with 7300 health. Essentially, I'll get 1-2 hit by higher lvl bosses. That's why I'm trying to get about 10k health.
I'll try using the bracelet though!

Gravity needs 50 in each skill. So basically you need blue mask. Also, prism is nice but I need the Suppression mana regen and I'm not lvl 100 yet.

Personally I would choose spectre for the lifesteal, with 38-39% spell damage and 100+ /2sec lifesteal I think it'd be worth using over Shimmersight

Of course I haven't actually tested them against each other but that's just what I'd assume, since shimmer only gives like 5% average in all elemental things

clock boots suck dont use em :P
also gravity gives like 4k hp which will make up for some other stuff and while your health wont be super high it would be decent if you find good boots
