    mage wasnt "nerfed" raw spell damage was just fixed

    Water Mage is still the best you can go with. Don't be a fool and concentrate on primary strength, or defence.

    The old builds are still viable and good you just need to use a few more meteors than usual

    Personally I would recommend Aquarius over Soul Signal and Momento over clock boots, but other than that it still works ok.

    Memento* I would agree with but Aquarius I don't think is necessary for the build the intell req is so much, fucks with your thunder defense and doesn't really give any benefits I think I worth it.

    Soul signal is a bit useless though, it gives a rather small increase in spell damage and requires a full 40 points into dexterity.
