Guide Any Tips On Archer Speed Build?

So should i make a speed build for archer?
What items to make it?

Is -1/2mana steal will affect me much?

nah you are an archer , you can only hit one enemy at a time with melee , you will barely feel the negative mana steal

 

So -1/2mana steal will not affect me much?
What if i usually use normal attacks alot if i no mana?

 

than ur mana will go up slightly slower than usual not something big
