New Account

Ok, so basically my main minecraft account called "Sasuri" broke a couple weeks ago, and I can't seem to fix it. I got an alt so I could continue to play minecraft, however all my stats and stuff were lost since they're on my main account, and not on my alt account. If you want you can check ips and I can do some other things to prove that it's mine, but I can't access it and I'd really like to get active on wynncraft again, now that I've settled into my new account.

Wait what..... If you're asking for it to be transfered classes, you can't do it, sorry man, but wynncraft has a no refund policy, might want to contact mojang to fix your main account then.

 

I'm not asking for a refund, I'm asking for a stat transfer for the free classes (I was level 50 mage and it would probably drive me away from wynncraft to have to restart). And also I only resorted to an alt because I already contacted mojang but they can't help me. Could I get a staff member to respond?

What exactly is wrong with your old account? We might be able to help you fix it.

 

I'm sure if you provide proof of your interactions with Mojang on the topic, the staff could make an exception.

 

I tried all I could but they said the only proof they'll accept is transaction ID. Nothing else. The issue is that my transaction ID is broken but the mojang person "helping" me said that it doesn't matter. So I can't get help from mojang and they're the only ones that can fix it. Also again, THIS ISNT A REFUND. You can't call it a no-refund policy and deny me because of that if I'm not making a refund right now...

 

a transfer is possible but you will have to show them both of the transaction id's, your old account will get banned and the data will be transferred to the new account.
as far as I know you are supposed to get the transaction id's by e-mail.

 

I did that and they said my first one doesnt work. Nothing they can help me with. *Sigh*
