SPOILER All Provinces/realms, Info And Theories!

So their are 3 known provinces and 1 known realm in the world of Wynncraft:

The current ones:

Wynn - Wynn is where the player starts their adventure. They are recruited from Fruma. A few years after the villagers arrived from Gavel, explorers encounter a portal while digging. Their leader, ( what is now the CoW ) went inside, he got corrupted and ran away to a tomb near Troms. The portal lead to a nether like continent, Dern. The player was sent to fight in the war of corruption as monsters emerged from the portal. Bob, a powerful warrior fought in the war. One day he looked for something very specific (Maybe something to stop the corruption? I don't know xD) and died on his journey. As he died his soul was corrupted by the portal and he split his powers against 3 creature; Cluckles, Mooington and Baab.

Gavel - The homeland of the villagers - The villagers of Gavel opened their door as the war of corruption faded.
It is a magical land, with mythical creatures, not corrupted ones. But that doesn't mean Gavel is a walk in the park; Ozoth, a dragon, demolished the town of Thanos and in the deep corner of the Canyon of the Lost there is a huge hive, filled with deadly creatures

Future ones:

Fruma - Homeland of the player - Fruma is where the player is born and raised. they got paid by Ragni to fight in the war of corruption. So maybe its like Llevigar and is very rich. The beginning quest, Kings recruit, it involves talking to a caravan driver. Now this could be a guy coming from Fruma, but I think its a guy going to Fruma. He doesnt seem very rich, like Wynn, and it would make sense that he would be taking a holiday to Wynn, he is probably moving to Fruma, or going to Gavel via the hinted gate from Fruma to Gavel after coming to Wynn. Also, he is a villager, hinting he is from Gavel/Wynn. On the note of gates, their will probably be a gate to Fruma in Llevigar, the starting area or in ocean cave near Katoa. Ive seen people say Fruma is the province of tech, that could be true but it hasn't been confirmed.

Dern - Corrupted world - Now this land is probably gonna come before Fruma, it is a dark world with possible gates near the nether portal, in Rymek, near Dogovi and In Fruma somewhere. This Province is most likely gonna go in the crevasse between The eastern Nessak border and the southern Rymek border and down about 1-2k blocks south and 2-3k blocks west and finally about 700 blocks up connecting to Fruma, but here is a better map of both Fruma and Dern: http://imgur.com/QmW7Zuw

Oh wow! I am starting to believe that Dern is The Nether all along!

But folks... It's just a theory, a wynn theory!

 

I still don't know why everyone thinks Dern is corrupted... I mean, where are the links to that?
And also, Dern has been confirmed in both lore and by admins (maybe gms too? not sure) to be a province, but not as large as the other three.

Also, the caravan driver takes you to Wynn (well, most of the way).

 

This is kinda well known in the Wynn community, but I guess it's a good post for newer people...

 

Dern is not corruption, it is pure darkness, that's why it is called "the dark land"

Dern is not the Nether.

Well not confirmed.
We were told to consider it a province.
The word consider changes a lot.

 

According to Grian, it really isn't a "province", but a "far off dark land behind the mountains of Wynn".


Do you people still listen to outdated theories? DERN IS NOT A REALM, IT IS A PROVINCE, AND IT IS DARKNESS AND DARK MAGIC.

 

where is it mentioned that the nether portal lead to dern?

he went to slay the beast on dead island

he split his power first, then he went to fight the beast, then he died and then he got corrupted.

so the only thing of importance in gavel in gavel is a single dragon which picks on one of the most useless cities?

(also according to you the caravan driver is going to fruma, if he is going to fruma then how the fuck are you in the caravan if you come from fruma?)

Realms: (Yes Dern is a PROVINCE not a realm)

you are contradicting yourself, if it is a realm like the nether then how will the gates in Dogovi/Rymek work? if you meant portals then why does it have to be close to the main map and not in another dimension like the nether?

4 provinces and 2 realms (maybe fruma and dern will have realms of their own).

actually dern could be a province or a realm we cant know for 100%
infact dern might be a part of a new "province" system on another realm
like 3 provinces on our realm , 2-3 more on dern's realm and so on...

I agree with most of this theory! (finally) Except for the part where Dern is the corruption I think that Dern is the shadow realm it does fit the clues "The land of darkness" "The eye." Other than that good theory!

 

I don't think you guys should consider Bob to be totally dead yet. I know the plan for the lore might have changed, but back before the Wipe there was a really good theory on how Bob could possibly still be alive. I responded to this theory saying maybe Bob doesn't want to find the player, but then Grian responded to my post saying "You don't want to find him."

Unfortunately, there is no way for me to prove this happened since the theory got deleted, but still, I do think we should consider that Bob may be still alive. (Again, this was a while ago, so the plan for the lore may have changed.)

 

You just shut out the 2 known realms in Wynncraft. The Nether and The Realm of Light.

 

Therefore it must be as large as Wynn or something, with towns and cities. Since it so huge, one can consider it a province.
