Need Help.

I have the following problem: I'm doing the "Lost Soles" quest right now, but I can't complete it.
If I'm doing something wrong pls tell me and if it is a bug, pls fix it.
I did 2 videos: The first shows you the problem and the second shows you what happens when I try to complete it by following the text in the wiki.
I thought I found the reason, my boots, which I need to start the quest, reunidentified themselfs for some reason, so I reidentified them and now the entire quest bugs as you can see at the end of the 2nd video.

What does your quest book say? I'm pretty sure you can't access the second floor without getting past the map stage, so it's possible you got past that stage without realizing it and the NPC dialogues are just messed up.

 

That npc has a broken diologe at the beggining. If you read what he said first instead of skipping through, you will see that you have to jump on a pressure plate above him...

The plate on the nose? I already jumped on it and went in the tunnel under the villiger face. If I remember well he told me that I should throw something behind that map.

 

Yeah, you are past the map stage. For the stage you're currently on your objective is to explore the second floor to find the remaining pieces of the code, enter the code next to the door to the basement, and retrieve the Boot Case.
