Hey, I checked out the pictures you linked. I think you have potential, but I don't know if those specific builds match the quality of the build team. You have a lot of flat walls and floors. The house is all one block with a flat wall. You need to incorporate depth and layering of blocks. Just look around wynncraft and you'll see what you mean. Before you submit another form, imagine the builds you make in wynncraft. Would they fit? I'm on the build team, so I'd know from experience-- if your builds wouldn't fit the style, you wouldn't enjoy yourself. You're expected to build without much help, so if it doesn't come naturally, don't apply.

Grian is the person who goes through every application and denies/accepts. We currently have about 100 building applications, so don't wish for an answer any time soon ;D

Ok so I was denied the first time which I expected because it would be very rare to get in on the first build especially with how many mistakes I made so another question I have is:

Does the size of the build matter?

I have been making this rustic type house and a terrain around it but I was wondering if I can just do this and submit it or does it have to be a big build or whatever.

you could make 20+ casual builds like houses, caves, small terrain, etc.
oorrr you can have 5-10 massive/impressive builds, either one.
(I looked at your app too, it looks pretty good but not the best I've seen ;p)

 

I am trying to decide if I just want to keep expanding on that one by like double what it is now or if I want to start new. anyway thanks for replying!

well its been about a month or more but I have mostly given up on adding to my build because so many people on the server I am building on and other people have been saying it sucks so I am trying to decide If I am going to continue or just give up for a while. also since I only have one big build less then half done I don't know if its worth it for me to continue trying to build. I can post a picture of it on here but I doubt anyone will respond so just tell me if you do want a picture of the less then half done world edit chunky build :/

Hello, I am applying for the WynnCraft build team, but I can't insert pictures of my builds. :/ I know this thread was supposed to help with this, but I did exactly what it said and put the link into that box that opens up when you click the "Insert Image" button. I exported my files as all the different kinds of files available, yet all of them either left nothing, or a little blue box with a question mark in the middle. I am using a mac, so if that's a problem I guess I'm out of luck, but if anyone has suggestions please reply. Thanks!
