    Hey I was about to make a guild in toms but then I saw that the guild guy isn't there. Where can I make a guild?

    If he's not there, I'd assume it was moved to the Guild Hall in Cinfras, which is a city in Gavel.

    Ok but do you have to do a quest or anything or is it just the same thing with 5 LE and 3 soul points?
