    Whats the best spear for:
    -mana regen
    -spell damage
    -neutral damage (no mythics pls)

    Mana regen would be blade of wisdom
    Spell dmg should be demon seeker if I'm not wrong
    Neutral dmg and only raw neutral dmg would be bob's imo

    Blade of wisdom is a Low levelled unique. Not too sure for the levels for any of them.
    Demon seeker is a lvl 56(?) rare spear.
    Bob's of course a Lvl 75 legendary.
