Media What Is The Next Nerf???

SO I am absolutely LOVING the fact I only do 4k damage with 480% spell damage!

And I started to think what would be the next nerf to the classes.

Nerfs so far:

• Fuck assasain, lets make it shit
• Fuck the mage heals, lets make it shit
• Fuck mage in general, lets make it shit (for people who say to do melee mage, remember that a MAGE is all about SPELLS)

Hmmm, im noticing a pattern. Whatever is the strongest, it gets nerfed. So I am starting to image that:

• Walk Speed will get nerfed
• Arrow bomb will get nerfed
• No more speed 3, only speed 1

Now lets finish this off with what wynncraft will be like in 2017 (in order):

• Selling any pures now count as a scam because they are shit
• Archers are required to wear statues
• The freedom bow shoots Pures at enemies
• Bows require ammo which is purchasable at a merchant in the deep depths of outside the map.
• Every weapon is replace with depressing
• All depressing is replaced with a feather that deals 1-10 damage
• The feather is now depressing
• Levels are now nerfed, you now need 50x the amount of xp to lvl and the lvl cap is now 2
• Armor is removed
• You may only have -1 inventory slots
• The only class is warrior because warrior cannot get nerfed
• All skins are white
• To avoid racism, all skins are now invisible
• Chat is removed

Spell damage got nerfed, not Mages. Although Mages are known for their "spells", every other class uses spells as well.

And also, the point of the game isn't to be op and one hit everything. It may be to get better, but solo'ing the hardest boss in the game in one minute doesn't sound fun to me.

 

I can't tell if you are happier that you are butthurt, or happier that you made a shitpost that was more passive aggressive than me in the shoutbox.

And here comes the expected salt. It was literally game-breaking. You should probably check your actual melee damage output because, surprise surprise, it will actually affect your spell damage now! Using that Lv 59 12-25 damage Super Fast wand at Lv 95 is suddenly much less viable of an option. This fix was absolutely needed, and it did not just affect Mages, it affected all players using that overpowered build.

I have absolutely zero patience for this. Stop whining like a baby who lost his bottle. If you have to adjust your build, adjust it. But do not act like this is the end of all things good in Wynn.

 

The nerf affects all builds that rely heavily on raw spell damage. While this affects mages the most, it applies to all classes. Except assassin, who doesn't have any good spells to utilize the effects. Since we totally reworked how items work a few months back, a few nerfs and such should be expected, it's really hard to balance what is essentially brand-new combat.

Can I point out that this wasn't technically a nerf but a bug fix?

 

The thing is, the only things that get nerfed is whatever is best atm. Compared to assasain, spell dam mage was nothing

Assassin just needs a rebalance with it's spells and damage because it almost essentially uses spells to survive right now.
1. Make it's melee damage do a slight bit more
2. Make multihit better (THE MELEE SPELL)
3. Make smoke bomb worse (THE RANGE SPELL)

Right now, smoke bomb can nearly double the damage of multihit and spin attack. HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?!

 

But this 'bug fix' is a heavy nerf

looks like someone is a little mad about not being able to solo Qira in 2 minutes

 

Its mainly because warrior is all close up and melee. The only things that really get nerfed is spells (except the things that need an obvious nerf)

You do know that basically any class can solo qira. that is just its mechanics.

Its meant to be a raid boss attacking many people. If you run in circles, you can easily kill her
