    The resource pack starts to load, but then the choose your character screen pops up and stops the loading. PLZ HALP MEH

    You can download the resource pack from your server-resource-pack folder in your minecraft folder somehow. It's titled Legacy I think.

    It's one of the legacy packs, yes, depending on how many server resource packs you've downloaded. If you open the file with WinRAR or 7zip you should be able to check the pack.png, which will tell you if it's the correct one.
