Help What Do I Choose?

ok so i have 2 options
1) rip my health regen , +25% melee damage and a lot of hleath
2) -1 mana steal , -24% melee damage and bad health BUT +2 tier attack speed and +10 raw melee damage
what do i choose?

But if you're a mage go for the 2nd option and all other classes I'd go for the first.

 

for a damage assassin melee build

 

Maybe choose the first one? Your melee damage will get buffed and increased health is useful at close range.

Probably the first one then, you could always find some lifesteal gear to compensate for the loss.
