    This is a grinding spot for levels 50-55 (maybe even 60)
    Just stand on the ledge shown in that pic and they should start piling up beneath you.
    After you kill them it is recommended that you do /class as they take a long time to respawn . After you do that they should start spawning.

    I think the herb cave is a better spot to farm at that level. The spawn rates are pretty high there.
