Thorns And Reflection?

I've been wondering for a while, what is the difference between the thorns and reflection IDs?

 

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that Thorns deals melee damage recieved back at your enemy, and reflection deals ranged damage received back at your enemy.

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but reflection reflects ranged things (you don't get any dmg)
Thorns gives both involved players dmg depending from the % of the poison c:

 

Wrong.
Correct that a portion of the damage is reflected at your opponent.
Thorns deals with melee damage, while reflection deals with spell damage.

 

Thanks for clearing that up, it always confused me until now.
