Guide An Ultimate(?) Archer Endgame Build - For Lvl 100

Hello guys! :)
So today, I'm gonna show you what gear I'm using in my level 100 archer.
pls dun blame me for my bad english ._.

-=Warning=- (This build won't work anymore)
This build had lots of +spell damage, but because of Gavel Patch 14.0.10, it doesn't do anymore damage like before. So, I suggest everyone to go to +% spell damage build. It's stronger now.
PS: If you're lvl 100 archer, I suggest you to use the lvl 100 Unique Bow, Awakening.

Damage: [][][][][] 2/5 (because of Salted)
Speed: [][][][][] 3.5/5 (15% passive, 41% on holding the bow)
Health: [][][][][] 4/5 (11,060 health)
Spell: [][][][][] 4.5/5 (115 Int, 8/4s mana regen)

-=Armors=-
Helmet: Third Eye (Lv 88)
This one has 4/4s mana regen at max, which contributes lots on spell spamming. Also this one has some Spell Damage on it, so it'll boost my damage a lot. I guess everyone loves to use this helmet.

Chestplate: Millennium (Lv 63)
You wonder why I use this, not Soul Signal? Soul Signal has too high Skill Requirements, and Millennium gives me some skill point boosts. It has some Health Regen, and Good Spell Damage too, so I choose this for the damage.

Leggings: Hephaestus-Forged Greaves (Lv 100)
This is an unique choice I guess, this Untradable Leggings came from the reward of "The Qira Hive" (Lv 80 Insane Quest). The reason I chose this is it has +4500 health on it, which is insane, useful for this low hp build. Also this contributes lots on the Element Defenses, so I choose this one.

Boots: Memento (Lv 92)
This boots, memento has 4/4s mana regen at max, so I'll have 8/4s mana regen at total, which contributes on spell spamming a lot. Also, this one has some Spell Damage on it, so it's perfect for this ultimate build.

-=Accessories=-
Nothing special, I wear all the Jester Set.
It gives me +300 spell damage at full set, so it'll be more insane damage. And, they give me lot of skill point boosts. This helps a lot on this build.
Also, sometimes they'll give you some XP/Loot Bonus.

Main-Weapon: Cluster (Lv 99)
This is my main weapon to fight, and it's so strong. You wonder why? Just look at the picture's attack speed, it has Super Fast on it. When you have higher attack speed on your weapons, you'll do a TON of more damages. Super Fast is just insane.

Sub-Weapon: Gale's Force (Lv 95)
And this is my sub-weapon, I love to use this on moving. Because it gives me +26% walk speed while I'm holding it. Speed Boost gear is very good for moving.

Str / Dex / Int / Def / Agi
11 / 34 / 115 / 34 / 72

(Armor/Weapon Requirements:
5 / 33 / 75 (114) / 33 / 70 )

Spoiler: Description of Skill Points

Str (Strength):
11 points (11 boosted, 5 needed)
Nothing Special, but just need 5 for Jester Bracelet.

Dex (Dexterity):
34 points (11 boosted, 33 needed)
Needed 33 for Leggings, 20 (30) for Gale's Force.

Int (Intelligence):
115 points (21 boosted, 75 (114) needed)
This one is noteworthy, first, I need 75 for Third Eye. But when I have 114 points on Int, the percentage will be 70.1%. Which means, I can cast the Arrow Shield spell cost 3 instead of 10.
This reduction of mana is great for fighting, so I recommend this Int.

Def (Defense):
34 points (12 boosted, 33 needed)
Needed 33 for Leggings.

Agi (Agility):
72 points (13 boosted, 70 needed)
First, needed 70 for Gale's Force. By having this high Agility, you'll have higher chance to dodge the enemy's attacks. This is very useful to fight the mobs, and PvP too. Yea I love Int and Agi.

And finally here, I'll show you how much damage I do on this build.
・Arrow Storm: 350-400 each arrows, 30-35k at total.
・Escape: 3,500-4,500 on stomping.
・Bomb Arrow: 9,500-12,000 each bomb arrow, which does 9,000-11,500 of neutral!
・Arrow Shield: 10,000-11,000 on Shield.

After Gavel Patch 14.0.10
・Arrow Storm: 850-950 per arrow, 9-10k at total.
・Escape: 1.2-2k on stomping.
・Bomb Arrow: 1.8-3k per bomb arrow.
・Arrow Shield: 3.5-4.5k on the shield.

Why not soul signal instead of millennium though, if the main emphasis of this build is on spells?

 

It has too high skill requirements, but millennium gives me skill point boosts. I'll put it in the post .-.

What if you move a little bit of defence to dexterity, since the leggings give you some health and Defence already.

The Leggings' Skill Requirements are Dex/Def, 33/33, thats why.
umm I'll add this too :P

 

Interesting build :D maybe im gonna try it just need the Momento Shoes.

 

You could move 6 Intel points over to dexterity and then find a soul signal with 6 Intel on it?

 

Lesliep is right, Soul Signal's skill point requirement is just 40Dex and 40 Int fyi
not only you already got most of the skill point needed, using soul signal will give you 1300 more hp and around 50-100 spell dmg bonus

 

Nah I can't do that, when I do that, I'm gonna lose the millennium's skill point boost, and gonna can't wear the Leggings and can't use Gale's Force. And one more reason I have 115 Int, is when I have over 114 (70.1%) Int, it will reduce the arrow shield's cost from 10 to 3. This build was so hard on skill points assignments..

well, this is just my lvl 100 archer build, but I think this can be applied to other classes' builds.

would the +2 clock boots add as good replacement for memento?

the bow is already super fast , it wont get any faster

 

umm idk.. because I've never tried of like those +tier armors.
But I'm already using Super Fast bow, so I think it won't help me .-.

 

I think having higher attack speed armor even with weapons at max attack speed still increases damage. Though it doesn't increase attack speed anymore of course.

 

Nope xd, tried it, + attack speed armor have no effects if you are already using a Super Fast weapon

 

Darn, guess I won't be using the +1 tier attack speed ring I got from the Qira quest.
Btw @motoki if you want you can lose 1 of the Jester rings and use a 3/4 mana regen suppression ring. You only need 1 ring to get the spell damage set bonus. But if you need it for the skill points, your setup is fine.
