Empire Builder.

I mean its level 79, and really really bad. How come people want it? The amount of stats it gives is easily gotten from some necklace or something, and its damage = pretty much 0. Someone please explain why its a legendary and why people buy it.... :(

 

It has 8 powder slots, more than any other weapon in the game I believe. So when powders are released "Soontm" then the weapon will be really good most likely.

and if we are correct by thinking powders give elemental damage , just imagine that , 8 earth powders and this wand is already a super op earth wand .... "empire builder" you can guess how creative people might get with this

 

Eh I guess, but your going to have to rely on Powders only, so right now its useless?

 

Currently it isn't that good but it's also fairly cheap on the trade market, depending on how good or bad powders are it could become a very expensive wand or very cheap, but as I said people are buying them now assuming powders will be good and if they are then the price of the weapon will go through the roof because people will want them a lot.

Imagine if the Air Powders gives some speed and extra air damage, that could be a lot of walk speed C:

 

Right now it is, but if I take a guess, each powder tier is going to give +5 elemental damage. Have tier 6 if this is true, and tier 6 will be +30. Have 8 of these on one weapon, and you get 180 elemental damage. Not sure if this is going to be right, but there wouldn't be much point in having this thing if powders did percentages and +5 per tier seems right.

 

Now I know why it's called empire builder... The 8 powder slots is for adding elemental powders, like building an empire. Now I regret selling it..... ;n;
