Loot Bonus

Am I doing this wrong?
I have been trying to get a rare level 28 chestplate called Ginto for nearly 3 weeks. I try to grind every day for it and have not gotten a single one. I have 85% Loot bonus, using Treasure Boots, Opulenity, Adventurer's Helm and Chestplate, Espoir (ring) and Blade of Wisdom. The class I am grinding for Ginto with is level 30, and I have guild xp set to 100 so it doesn't level up. I have gotten legendary drops and loot from chests with this, but not a single Ginto. I have tried grinding at Saint's Row Graveyard, the Savannah, and the cave underneath the Savannah Bridge, with no luck anywhere.

Frankly, I'm just getting frustrated, because I don't know why this isn't working!

 

Maybe you get it from a dungeon :0 (Who knows? It's a possibility, but that's my guess.)

 

Hey, I've got a ginto if you want one - I don't need it, my adventurers chestplate is suiting just fine :D

 

I've gotten them in the past but sold them because
1. I didn't know how useful they were
2. The ID's sucked

What's the loot bonus? The max is 24, the best I've ever gotten is SEVEN
I have a gilded mail chestplate with 13 until I get a good ginto.

 

Loot bonus is 13, spell damage is 12, and an extra 3 intelligence.
