Question

So I'm on my dads new computer and I Can't run Wynncraft. Everytime I login I get 1 Fps and mostly 0 Fps. Has this been happening to anybody else? If so, how can It be fixed?

 

that's normal as it loads the texture pack. just wait for a few seconds

 

Just wait about 30 seconds to a minute. If it continues, try downloading Optifine.

 

Is there anything I should do if it's been a couple minutes and It's still o Fps?

Thanks for helping! Also, I notcied I also been laggy on servers that require a texture pack. Could that be apart of the problem?

 

Oh, yes.
Resource Packs, especially high res ones or ones with lots of models can create lag. You can disable server resource packs, but it may really take away from the fun of the server. Especially so for Wynn.
