    Aaaaaaand 520 is not the average, it's the base. To find the range, find
    0.3 x base = low; 0.3 x 520 = 156
    1.3 x base = high; 1.3 x 520 = 676
    The range is 156 to 676. The average is (156 + 676)/2 = 416. So, the average Pure will have 416 Spell Damage.
    Math, it's what makes sense.

    Aaaaaaand 400 is not the average, it's the base. To find the range, find
    0.3 x base = low; 0.3 x 400 = 120
    1.3 x base = high; 1.3 x 400 = 520
    The range is 120 to 520. The average is (120 + 520)/2 = 310. So, the average Pure will have 310 Spell Damage.
    Math, it's what makes sense.
