I Can't Complete A Quest

I have the following problem: I'm doing the "Lost Soles" quest right now, but I can't complete it.
If I'm doing something wrong pls tell me and if it is a bug, pls fix it.
I made a video 'cause I thought it would describe the problem better than I could with words, but I can't link it on my thread.

I thought I found the reason, my boots, I need to start the quest reunidentified themselfs for some reason, so I reidentified them and now the entire quest bugs.
