Guide Wynn Math - How Much Usd Do You Really Spend?

Whether it's Wynncraft, another Minecraft Server, or DLC for a console/PC game, you can be prepared to shell out some money. Sometimes, though, if the payment is for a 'Donation Currency' rather than the items themselves, the lines can get blurred on how much your spending for what. This is why I've created my first guide. This shows exactly how much you're paying for what in USD rather than GC.

First, let's figure out how much gold coins are worth, at the highest and lowest value. Since you have a bulk discount in the shop, gold coins don't have one specific value.

100 Gold Coin Package: 1 Gold Coin = 5 cents
330 Gold Coin Package: 1 Gold Coin = 4.5454.... cents
900 Gold Coin Package: 1 Gold Coin = 3.3333.... cents
1600 Gold Coin Package: 1 Gold Coin = 3.125 cents

From here on out I will tell you how much you're really paying for each item in the gold coin store, and give you certain subtotals.

Zombie Horse Cloak: $6.76-$4.22
Skeleton Horse Cloak: $10.50-$6.56
Horse Cloak Total: $17.26-$10.78

Cloud Effect: $11.00-$6.88
Emerald Effect: $11.00-$6.88
Potion Effect: $13.00-$8.13
Redstone Effect: $14.00-$8.75
Effect Total: $49.00-$30.64

Chicken: $9.00-$5.63

Loot Bomb: $4.00-$2.50 OR Loot Bomb (From 5 Bundle): $3.20-$2.00

Pet Renaming: $5.50-$3.44

World Shout: $0.15-$0.09 OR World Shout (From 10 Bundle): $0.12-$0.08
Global Shout: $0.50-$0.31 OR Global Shout (From 10 Bundle): $0.40-$0.25

I just want to say that while this guide isn't advanced math, or a revolutionary find, I thought it would be handy for people to see how much their donor perks/items are worth in USD.

I'm probably missing something that's obvious to anybody who's not a noob, but I don't get it . As far as I know there's no staff member with a name containing Cow, unless it's a nickname that isn't related to their username.

The only thing I might probably spend on is VIP, but Wynncraft must prove that it is good enough for me to invest a VIP to the server, and that is when the major common bugs such as guild wars issues, inventory glitches and skill points reset are fixed...

Not only was it rude, it had no basis. I mean, sure, maybe you don't care, but you were only the second post on the thread, nobody had even given an opinion.

This thread clearly had quite a bit of time put into it, so you should, in general, not be a dick about the content of the post.

I disagree, what they did is just a matter of putting something into a calculator then writing it down.

Whoa, people end up spending up to $4 to give a bunch of items to players? I never knew Salted and Co. had their business strategy so well figured out...

It would be interesting to see how much each item costs in the VIP/VIP+ reward; either way, this thread is very useful.

 

Thanks for all the support guys! My biggest concern with making this is the thought that someone had probably done it before because I couldn't find the search feature on the forums to check. Oh, and not to mention the fact that staff might murder me in my sleep.

Oh and I just remembered I forgot to put the Global and World shouts. I'll get to that as soon as I decide I want to do something productive.
