Will The Cherry Blossom Area Have A Use Soon?

I asked about the place near hive which is full of cherry blossoms and why it was 'abandoned'. Selvut told me that there was a quest for the whole place but it got removed because of a lot of "flaws".

It seems that the wynn team never or rarely makes something that has no point to it. I assume they will make a use to this forgotten part of the map especially since its so big.

Is this going to be removed or will the quest be remade? Its a shame that this beautiful place have no use.
