As far as I know the only logic in the xp requirement to level up is that it is bigger for every level, I think back posted one a chat for levels 68-75 and I couldn't find any logic in there.
It's almost like they pick them at random (or they have a nice program that chooses for them).

 

I seem to recall a GM saying that there was no simple or well-behaved equation for determining the exact amount of exp for each level, but that each individual value was rather arbitrarily set manually by Salted or someone else. I doubt it would be an easy exponential function that you could find with a handy-dandy TI-84 Plus Silver Edition Deluxe XXL calculator. And even if it was that simple (let's be honest, sometimes corners are cut), there'd probably be some manual shifting and truncating of values, and some adjusting based on quests for that level.

 

Salted has stated that for lvl 1 to lvl 20 he increased the lvl from 70% of the previous, and from 20+ each level was 10% added from the previous.

That actually does not give anything away. Since it's obviously an NPC and he didn't disclose any information or hints.

 

All he said was that he found the NPC, and we all know its an NPC. You haven't given me any of these "couple of things" and it seems like you're just bashing on him.

I really wish there's more quests for the level 80s to 100s. I really hate grinding.

Doing quests is more fun than grinding.

 

It's like people ignore the follow-up update.
