Who Made The Lemon Legs

I would like to thank whoever made the wonderful level 18 legendary pants named: "Lemon Legs". These were probs the most useful pants I've ever used.

@Selvut283 made a lot of the items and mobs, so I assume it was him.

 

Before he stopped making items, Dakota created them. I, however, updated them to the new system.

 

Where's Dakota by the way, it's as if he had dissapeared without a trace. He even closed his profile page last I checked it.
