What Does This Server Use. Creators Of This Server

So I was playing wynncraft and I wondered what the heck does this server use like command blocks or bukkit or something like that Just need to know so I can make a server for me and my friends

 

This server uses home-made code and plugins, none of it was downloaded off of someone else. All purely made by the devs.

EDIT: Don't bother asking, the secret code is guarded(Not really) and closed-source.

 

Custom-made plugins, command blocks and noteblocks. And no, you can't get anything similar to emulate Wynncraft on your own server.

Parts of Wynn have been copied before(Yeah, I'm that old.) Things happened, no negotiations were made, I believe it was forced removal.
