You see, I understand every party has a pooper but this isn't even a party. I don't HAVE to sell it to him since I've had people offer me 30+ but I WANT to because I felt bad for making an agreement with him saying I would sell it to him then going back on it since it was on a buying thread that he didn't make ( which at first I didn't realize it )
