Bob's Bow Disappeared

Just got back on after 6 months to check out Gavel. I am a Level 75 Archer, and I was going about Identifying everything in the update room. Just as I put in my favorite bow to identify, the game breaks and gives my 4 carpet and still takes my emeralds. I worked for months to get that bow, now it is gone. Any help getting it back?

 

It gave you four carpets? Not quite sure what happened there. Unfortunately Wynncraft has a no-refunds policy, so the staff can't give your items back. However, since there are many weapons better than Bob's Mythic Bow now, there's probably somebody willing to sell you theirs if you ask around.
