For What Build Is This Good For: Mind Rot Helmet

The title says it... And i forgot fo ask what class would likely benefit from this helmet
A Level70 helmet has 1700 hp. It has - 25 defenses all elements, -1224 Health, -16% health regen, +1/2s Mana Steal , -7Intel, +168/3 Poison, +33/2s Life Steal.

Averages -20 health regen, -1 mana regen, 50 life steal, 2 mana steal, -10 intel, 200 poison, and -1200 health.

Used for poison and stealing builds. While it has very powerful effects, it leaves you severely lacking in health and vulnerable to all elements.

 

And is now useless due to life/mana steal not activating with poison/spells and only activating randomly with basic attacks.
Don't forget that part.

 

Idk why but just for fun a player decided to get it from me. Live life dangerously i guess!

 

Or you could actually try and use your basic attack to take advantage of the high stealing.

You yourself said it was for Poison + Stealing builds, which don't work now because poison doesn't activate life/mana steal.

 

So a stealing build cannot incorporate poison? Or a poison build cannot incorporate stealing? Many poison items also include life steal on them even if they no longer synergize.

 

Poison and Stealing implies they work together. You should have said Poison builds and Stealing builds, which doesn't imply that they work together

 

That is simply nitpicking due to your views on the builds. Let us not devolve into a shouting match over this, as well.
